I’m Lisa Rodriguez, founder of ALOFT Clinical Trial Solutions. I chose the name ALOFT, meaning “to elevate or lift,” because it reflects our mission—to empower, elevate, and advance clinical research sites to excel.
With over 30 years of experience at the site level, I’ve worked in every aspect of multi-therapeutic clinical trials, starting as a single employee and growing a team of over 50. My hands-on expertise spans feasibility assessments, study startup, contract and budget negotiations, financial management, study operations, source document creation, strategic planning, workflow optimization, patient visits, data entry, and study closeout.
I believe true leadership in this industry means reproducing yourself—mentoring and equipping others for success. My passion is sharing my experience, supporting site growth, and helping develop the next generation of research leaders.
